1. General Terms
1.1. All sales are final once payment has been received and the product has been handed over to the customer.
1.2. Customers are advised to carefully inspect and test all mobility equipment before completing their purchase.
1.3. By purchasing from Dunstable Mobility, customers acknowledge and agree to the terms listed below.
2. Deposits
2.1. Customers may reserve a product by paying a deposit.
2.2. The remaining balance must be paid and the product collected within 15 days of the deposit being made.
2.3. If the customer fails to complete the purchase within 15 days, the deposit will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.
2.4. Dunstable Mobility reserves the right to release the product for sale to another customer after the 15-day period.
3. Returns & Refund Policy
3.1. No Returns or Refunds:
Due to the nature of our products (mobility aids, scooters, and medical support equipment), we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the product has been sold. This policy is in place to ensure hygiene, safety, and quality assurance for all customers.
3.2. Faulty or Damaged Items:
If an item is found to be faulty or damaged at the time of sale, it must be reported immediately before leaving the premises. Faults reported after the sale will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
3.3. Used or Second-Hand Equipment:
All used or second-hand items are sold as seen, and customers are encouraged to test them fully before purchasing. No warranty, exchange, or refund will be provided after sale.
3.4. Custom Orders:
Specially ordered or customised products are non-refundable and non-returnable under all circumstances.
4. Repairs & Servicing
4.1. Dunstable Mobility may, at its discretion, offer repair or servicing options for certain products. Charges will apply for labour and parts unless covered by a separate service agreement.
4.2. The company is not responsible for any damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or unauthorised repair attempts by the customer.
5. Customer Conduct
5.1. We ask all customers to treat staff respectfully.
5.2. Any abusive or unreasonable behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service.
